This Privacy Policy explains how MyAIAssistant, published by Seriousmindz AI(“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the MyAIAssistant mobile app and this website. We’ve written it in plain English on purpose — you shouldn’t need a lawyer to understand what happens to your data.

• We collect only what we need to help you and run your account.
• We do not sell your personal data. Ever.
• Data sent for AI processing is anonymized.
• Your data is stored securely on infrastructure hosted in the United States.

Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information. Basic details needed to create and secure your account, such as your email address and authentication credentials.
• Your content. The messages you send the assistant and the “memories” you choose to save (for example, your family size, writing style, or the classes you’re taking). You control what you share and can review or clear your memories at any time.
• Subscription information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, billing is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive confirmation of your subscription status but not your full payment card details.
• Usage and device data. Limited technical information such as app version, device type, and basic diagnostics that help us keep the app working and fix problems.

How we use your information

• To provide the assistant’s responses and features you request.
• To remember your preferences and context so you don’t repeat yourself.
• To operate your account, process subscriptions, and provide support.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

AI processing

To generate responses, your requests are processed by third-party AI models. Before this processing, the content is anonymized — stripped of details that tie it directly back to you as an individual. We share only what is necessary to produce a useful answer, and we do not permit these providers to use your content to train their models where that option is available to us.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers who help us run the app (such as secure hosting and AI processing providers) under agreements that limit how they may use it, or when required by law. Sponsored recommendations within the app are always clearly labeled as sponsored, and advertisers do not receive your personal conversations.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard protections on infrastructure hosted in the United States. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.

Your choices and rights

• Access and review. You can review the memories the assistant has saved about you within the app.
• Deletion. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@myaiassistant.pro. We will process your request promptly.
• Control what you share. You decide what to tell the assistant and can clear your memories whenever you like.

Children

MyAIAssistant is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
