How do I delete my account and data?
Email us from the address on your account and ask to delete it. We'll remove your account and associated data promptly and confirm when it's done.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed in your App Store or Google Play settings. Open your device's subscription settings, find MyAIAssistant, and tap cancel. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
The app isn't working right — what should I do?
First, make sure you're on the latest version and try restarting the app. If it persists, email us with your device type and a short description of what happened, and we'll help.
I have a billing question.
Because billing runs through the App Store or Google Play, refunds and receipts are handled there. For anything else about your plan, email us and we'll sort it out.
Requesting account deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. Email support@myaiassistant.pro from your account address with the subject “Delete my account,” and we’ll take care of it and confirm when it’s complete. For details on what we store, see our Privacy Policy.
