These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the MyAIAssistant mobile app and this website, published by Seriousmindz AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using MyAIAssistant, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Using MyAIAssistant

MyAIAssistant is a personal AI assistant that helps you with everyday tasks. You must be at least 13 years old to use it. You’re responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

Subscriptions, billing, and auto-renewal

MyAIAssistant offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Starter, Plus, and Pro). When the app launches, paid subscriptions are purchased and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, subject to their terms.

• Auto-renewal. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime. You can cancel at any time from your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
• Refunds. Refunds are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play according to their policies. We do not separately process payments and cannot issue store refunds directly.
• Price changes. If we change subscription prices, we’ll provide notice as required, and changes won’t take effect until your next renewal.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use MyAIAssistant to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone’s rights.
• Generate or distribute harmful, hateful, or misleading content.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Abuse, harass, or endanger yourself or others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

AI-generated content

MyAIAssistant uses AI to generate responses. AI can be wrong or incomplete. The assistant is a helpful tool, not a substitute for professional advice — it is not a lawyer, doctor, accountant, or financial advisor. For important decisions about your health, finances, or legal matters, please consult a qualified professional. You are responsible for reviewing content before you rely on or send it.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you provide. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service — for example, to process your requests and store your memories — as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

MyAIAssistant is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seriousmindz AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of MyAIAssistant. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars, whichever is greater.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
